Quality Management

TAKK quality assurance is based on the ideology of continuous development, peer support and exchange of good practices. The quality work at TAKK is based on the EFQM European Foundation for Quality Management system introduced in 2002. It includes regular internal and external audits, the latest of which was completed in 2018 and yielded Recognised for Excellence Four Stars level for TAKK.

In the quality management system evaluation, internal and external audits, required by the Finnish Ministry of Education and Culture and executed by the Finnish Education Evaluation Centre FINEEC in 2015, the quality of TAKK clearly exceeded the nationally required quality level. TAKK improves the quality of operations by continuously collecting feedback from students (AIPAL/FNBE, OPAL/MEAE) and the employment sector.
