In this training, you can study the competence area of site facilities services and get a qualification of a Site Facilities Operator. A Site Facilities Operator works at customer sites in site facilities operations and in customer service situations as set out in the service contract of the customer site. The Site Facilities Operator is able to plan and implement cleaning services in various customer sites, such as residential properties, hotel and accommodation facilities, shopping centres and retail premises, educational institutions and daycare centres.

The scope of the vocational qualification in Cleaning and Property Services is 150 competence points.
Compulsory units, 60 competence points
- Provision of Customer-Oriented Cleaning and Property Services, 15 competence points
- Maintenance Cleaning Services, 45 competence points
Optional units
Additionally, you must complete at least 90 competence points of the following optional units:
- Deep Cleaning Services, 30 competence points
- Cleaning Services in Educational Establishments and Day-Care Centres, 30 competence points
- Cleaning Services in Hotels and Accommodation, 30 competence points
- Cleaning Services in Shopping Centres and Shops, 30 competence points
- Guidance and Counselling, 30 competence points
- Working as a Workplace Instructor, 30 competence points
