Employees from abroad

In tailored on-demand trainings, the commissioning organisation is responsible for covering the training costs. The purpose of these trainings is to strengthen work-life competencies and to provide additional upskilling for personnel in line with employer needs. The trainings are implemented across various sectors and emphasise hands-on learning in real work environments.

Each training is designed as a customised solution, built in close collaboration with the client to respond directly to specific skills needs and workforce requirements. The scope and content of the training can vary from shorter, targeted modules to more comprehensive training programmes, depending on the field and the client’s objectives.

The trainings are delivered in multiple sectors, including for example social and health care, welding, construction, tourism and catering, and industrial fields, with target countries selected based on demand and collaboration opportunities.
