Project description

DigiFrame-project focuses on developing and enhancing educational organizations’ digital capacity and innovation culture. During the project the partners map out and test different tools for assessing teachers’ digital competence. On top of that, the personal learning path -model piloted within the previous Digital Learning Path for Educational Organizations -Erasmus+ project will be developed further and taken into use throughout the organizations. Innovation culture of the organizations will be boosted by creating a framework that will support future digital innovations and encourage teachers to experiment and develop new tools and methods suitable for teaching and learning.

• 360 assessment tool for assessing teachers ’ digital skills & competences
• Personal learning path for continuous development of digital skills & competences
• Innovation culture framework for enhancing the organizational innovation culture
