TAKK has over 200 experts - trainers, experts, financial people, property managers, information and customer service people and secretaries. Multidisciplinarity is reflected in the diversity of our staff.
TAKK trainers are professionally and pedagogically qualified with worklife experience. 80 % of trainers are pedagogically qualified and specialists in competence-based qualifications. They have average of eight years of work experience before TAKK

TAKK trainers move around Pirkanmaa, Finland and abroad. TAKK encourages training and working life cycles locally and internationally. We invest in employee well-being at work, which is also reflected in the Employee Wellbeing Survey. Our staffing association organises versatile phisical and cultural activities.
TAKK was elected Employer of the Year 2008. The selection was made by the Tammerkoski Youth Chamber. The Employer Award for the Year is awarded to an employer who is active in employee well-being and who sees the ability of its staff as a valued resource.
