A Site Facilities Operator works at customer sites in site facilities operations and in customer service situations as set out in the service contract of the customer site. The Site Facilities Operator is able to plan and implement cleaning services in various customer sites, such as residential properties, hotel and accommodation facilities, shopping centres and retail premises, educational institutions and daycare centres.

- Maintenance Cleaning Services, 45 competence points

Additionally, you must complete at least 90 competence points of the following optional units:
