In this training, you can study the competence area of site facilities services and get a qualification of a Site Facilities Operator. A Site Facilities Operator works at customer sites in site facilities operations and in customer service situations as set out in the service contract of the customer site. The Site Facilities Operator is able to plan and implement cleaning services in various customer sites, such as residential properties, hotel and accommodation facilities, shopping centres and retail premises, educational institutions and daycare centres.

The training prepares students for completing a further vocational qualification in Cleaning and Property Services. Target group Persons who have (or are known to have) a job suitable for the degree and an employment contract requiring a apprenticeship contract. The contract needs to have at least 25 working hours per week. The applicants are not required to have completed a vocational degree in the field. After the apprenticeship contract has been signed, a personalisation plan is drawn up for the student based on the learning opportunities of the workplace. The plan defines the number, content and time of the theory days. Theoretical studies are implemented as contact teaching and/or online teaching.
