In the specialist vocational qualification in hotel and catering management studies, students acquire the skills to perform management-level tasks and to maintain and develop their own management skills. Students are proficient in a variety of management tasks and work in supervisory positions in the hotel and catering sector, such as shift managers or unit managers.
Who is the training suitable for?
The training program is suitable for professionals who work in the hotel and catering sector, and who have vocational education, several years of work experience and a current job in this field. Student selection is based on previous work and supervisory experience in the field. In addition, suitability for supervisory positions and the opportunity to work in supervisory positions in accordance with the qualification criteria during the education are required.
