Transport connections and parking

You can easily reach TAKK with Nysse. Tampere Region Public Transport routes, stops and timetables can be found at nysse.fi. More detailed instructions for getting to our locations are available on our contact information.

Tampereen valtatie campus

In addition to the main building, TAKK also has classrooms in Tietotalo, Naulakatu 2, map.

We recommend arriving by public transport. Parking spaces in the yard are limited. The nearest bus stops are Tietotalo and Tampereen valtatie. Routes and timetables can be found on Tampere public transport website.

It take 6 minutes on foot from the bus station and 12 minutes from the railway station to Tampereen valtatie.

Parking is free of charge for our students on weekdays from 7 am to 5 pm, but we cannot guarantee that there will be enough parking spaces.

Our parking area uses the Moovy system. Do the following:

If you don't have Moovy, install it on your phone.
Apply for a student parking permit via this link or via the QR code below. Enter the phone number in your Moovy account settings!
Your phone number will be entered into the system, and you will receive a notification to activate your TAKK student contract parking.

Students will receive more information on parking at the beginning of their training.

There are 15 spaces reserved for guest parking in the yard area. Apply for a TAKK guest parking permit at the info desk (1st floor) upon arrival. Several car parks are also available in the surrounding area.

Nirva campus

Nysse also provides easy access to the Nirva campus. More information on the routes and timetables can be found on Tampere public transport website.

For those travelling by car, there are two large gravel parking areas at Kurssikeskuksenkatu. You do not need a parking permit to park on them. For our guests we have reserved parking space in the front yard. Parking in the yard area requires a visitor permit from the info.
