The aim of School Camps in Finland is to learn more about co-operation and interpersonal skills and to increase environmental awareness.

day 1.
- Arrival and accommodation

Visiting the Finnish museum of the century, Vapriikki - Finnish sauna and swimming

day 2.

- Basics of Finnish education:
Learn what we do in our schools and why - Lunch
- Särkänniemi Amusement Park
day 3.
- Breakfast
- Visit to a local school
- School lunch
- Visit continues
- Visit to Youth Center Monitoimitalo 13
- See how Finnish youth spend their leisure time
- Dinner
days 4.
- Breakfast
- Visit to Mediapolis (Tampere University of Applied Sciences)
- YLE, The Finnish National Television Broadcasting Company
Museum and studios, News Room - Introduction to Fine Art Photography (4-5 hours workshop)
Alternatively (only one can be chosen for a group): - Introduction to Painting - workshop, Introduction to Video Game - workshop, Introduction to Animation - workshop
- Lunch in Mediapolis
- Workshop continues
- Dinner at a local restaurant
day 5.
- Breakfast
- Visit to Mediapolis, workshops continues
- Lunch in Mediapolis
- Workshop continues
- Dinner
day 6.
- Breakfast
- Bus tour to Vehoniemi, Kangasala (a small city beside Tampere)
- Nature trail in Vehoniemi Ridge
Picking berries in the forest and studying Finnish plants and tree spieces - Lunch in Alamaja, Vehoniemi
- Lets bake Finnish pastries!
Enjoying them with hot chocolate or juice - Dinner in a local restaurant
day 7.
- Departure back home
All camps are all inclusive camps (accommodation, transportation, breakfast, lunch,dinner, evening snacks etc.)
A cruise to Stockholm or Tallinn can be added to all camps if wanted.
A visit to Lapland can be added to all camps if wanted. It will extend the camp by a few days.
All camps can be designed for different age groups!
The language of all camps is English!
